Amazing staff, they were always smiling, welcoming, informative and take care of you. Claudia and Gabrielle were amazing. Amazing services, everything was great - hospitality, cleaning, breakfast. Rooms were quiet, good and comfortable bed.

Situated in Lisbon and with Rossio reachable within 500 metres, Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property... perfect location, full of taste decoration with beautiful details everywhere, refined, comfortable, very kind and helpful staff. we stayed in a suite, was amazing. lots of space, very clean, with smart tv which is great with kids

This luxurious property has a privileged location, in Lisbon's historic centre and overlooking the Tagus River. Super friendly staff, beautiful hotel, excellent food and did I mention Super Friendly staff? :-) Food in the restaurant was amazing and view over the river and bridge was even better! Drinks in the roof top bar late at night were a great way to finish the trip.
