We had a very stay in this apartment. Location is not in downtown, but quite convenience by driving. There is parking in front of building. Rooms are very clean, full kitchen equipment. Continental supermarket is nearby, walking distance 5Min.

The flat is nice, big, comfortable, well equipped. The area is a block of flats type, quiet enough (accordingly, cafes or restaurants are not close). The host is extremely helpful and kind. Local food, sausage, cheese, even a bottle of wine were on the table when we arrived. We were there during the weekend, parking is free on Saturday and Sunday, and there is a large parking lot in front of the house. The motorways are close enough, so it is a perfect place to start trips within or around Lissabon.

Klaudia ( owner) was very helpful. She drove me to show me to market and to show shere station of metro is... closr to airport. Free parking affront of the building, 2 bed rooms+ living room ideal for family with 2 or more kids.... close to metro station...very clean. Nice and comofratble beds and very equiped kitchen. Great value for the money.

Comfortable , clean well equipped apartment in quiet area close to Park Quintas das Conchas.. Well situated for public transport. Metro literally on door step for access to all of beautiful Lisbon. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

We found a great bread place in the same complex as the building and the Pango Dolce grocery was a couple minutes away. 2 different metro lines were nearby and several good restaurants were close to the house. Our stay was great, Apt. was really big and clean. Even though it was somewhat close to airport, noise was not an issue. Sergio was very prompt when meeting us for checkin and checkout. The parking space was secure and worked out great for us.

He was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment, the building and the neighborhood. The flat was very clean and equipped with all the kitchen supplies you need. Everything was in good working order.
