The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked the location because it is in a quiet neibourhood and not in the center and allows you to relax after hectic days of touring the city.

The hotel is so insanely decorated, every corner you look there was something interesting to see. I also loved how friendly and open everybody was. There is an incredible rooftop area with a bar, sitting room, a ping pong table and seating outside with incredible views of the water. The hotel was a quick walk to so many restaurants and cafes.

Housed in a converted Carmelite Convent, this hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Lisbon's city centre. It combines chic, contemporary furnishings with traditional, 17th-century architecture. 入口の階段を上がると外とは異なる素敵な世界が。レセプションの方は温かみのある対応でした。朝食は種類は多くはないですが、どれも美味しかったです。ポーターの方は愛想は良くないですが一人でスーツケース２つを両手に持って階段を昇り降りして下さり頼もしかったです。

Loved everything about this place. The decorations, the boho style, breakfast was great, and the charm of this beautiful place. A hidden gem. The rooms are so beautiful, well decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The staff was so helpful: in directions, ideas, their availability, and they did everything for us to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. Ana was so nice, understanding and very careful about our needs, and she is a very good photographer 😊. Location was great. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience!

The pictures didn’t do the place justice, it was bigger than we expected. Aircond was on of the a main criteria when we were looking for a place. It has a bathroom and a big well equipped kitchen that we didn’t get the chance to utilise. Our host Maria was very lovely. She gave us a list of recommended restaurants and showed us around the unit. Would definitely come back again to stay if we ever visit Lisbon.

End to end we had an amazing experience at toctoctoc. The staff was incredibly responsive prior to arrival, helping us find parking and providing us instructions for late check in. The hotel itself is a dream. The decor is gorgeous and you can tell everything in the design is deliberate and meticulous. The care and love put into it is obvious. Our room was clean and had windows and a Juliette balcony with some seating that overlooked the street (which was quiet but just lively enough). Highly recommend the breakfast (the brioche bread was unreal) and which had healthy options like chia pudding, granola, and fruit. There is a secluded rooftop patio and garden with a charming fig tree and local flowers which is a perfect place to take breakfast or an afternoon drink. It even has an honesty bar which we thought was a great touch. Fernanda provided amazing local recommendations and we had one of our favorite meals on our trip based on her suggestion. The location of the hotel is quite central and is a great jumping off point to walk to and through some of the older and architecturally scenic areas of the city.

I am chemically sensitive and was concerned about fragrances in the building--the manager reassured me and turned off the diffuser in advance. No problem! Also, we needed a taxi scheduled in advance. The wonderful Nivaldo showed up at 7:15 am to make sure the taxi arrived. It didn't, but he called another one and all went well.
