We stayed at the Nicola Rossio Hotel as part of our honeymoon and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The location is fantastic and the the staff were so kind and helpful! During the check-in we were offered Pastel de Belém along with port wine. We also got an upgrade to a bigger room and were welcomed with some sparkling wine and a card to enjoy our honeymoon. That was very lovely of the hotel, thank you again! We felt very welcomed and when we come back to Lisbon we’ll definitely choose Nicola Rossio Hotel.

The customer service provided was extremely great by the front office staff. The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walkable distance. Parking can be a nightmare if you rent a car but, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where we could park the car during our stay. Infact, we got lost using the GPS on our first day and one of the guys from the front office actually came walking to the spot where we were to help us find the hotel. I mean where else would you find this kind of dedication to customer service?! We cannot remember the names of the front office staff but, they were both male and working on the late shift on Dec 18, 2022.
