Staff were amazing and it was especially helpful most knew english too!. We had an early start for a day tiur and they had a breakfast bag ready for us at 4am for on the road! Our room was also spotlessly cleaned every day - we were amazed! We loved our stay here! Thank you so much.

Well located in the Cusco City Centre district of Cusco, Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco is located 400 metres from Cathedral of Cusco, 300 metres from Cusco Main Square and 600 metres from Religious Art... Staff was amazing and accommodating. The staff has specific hours that they are onsite, but within those hours they always fulfilled our request. They are on point with the breakfast and make sure that you get your share, and if you can't make it, they will pack you a pack to go. We didn't realize when we booked it, but this place is near all the bars. If that is one of the scenes you are looking for, this place is perfect as there are 2 lounges and multiple bars near by. The central plaza is a small walk away but nothing that will leave you winded seeing that the altitude is tough.

The staff are amazing and super helpful. I stayed for one night, left my bag for a night and came back to stay for 2 more nights. Location is on a quiet street only a short walk from many restaurants and markets. They make a little bag for you for breakfast if you have an early morning tour. 10/10 would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very modern and clean. Also the hotel offered laundry service with a fair price and helped us organize some tours. But the best about our stay was the lovely and attentive staff. Luis, Rony and Angel were always there to help and took great care of us! The service would also be the decisive point why we would choose this hotel again!!
