Hotel St Clair is located just 10 minutes’ drive from central Dunedin. Rooms include flat-screen satellite TV, private bathroom with under-floor heating and views of St Clair Beach. Amazing unit. Everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way. Highly recommended. The location was excellent.

Located on the top level of the iconic building, 'The Hydro', this property is set directly opposite Dunedin's popular St Clair Beach. The Hydro Esplande apartments are beautifully located right on the ocean. Besides the opportunity to sit by the sea there is a rooftop sitting area. There is a well equipped kitchen (unfortunately there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer). The shower has excellent water pressure and has plenty of towels. I loved the towel warmer. The tv works well. Unfortunately the Blu-ray player was not connected and there were no wires for me to do so. Buying one in town was ridiculously high. The dining area and the bedroom have great views. The bed is very comfortable. They have a nice information sheet and have brochures about various attractions in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed Dunedin and this apartment.

Rosemount B&B by the Sea St Clair is set in Dunedin, 1.6 mi from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The property features free WiFi. It was like visiting family, so comfortable and such a beautiful view. Had a great time!

Esplanade Apartments offers accommodations in Dunedin, 3.8 miles from Taieri Gorge Railway and 3.8 miles from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The location was great. The apartment was clean and inviting! Really enjoyed staying there!

Just a 14-minute walk from Saint Kilda Beach and 1.2 miles from St. Clair Golf Club, St Clair Holiday House features accommodations in Dunedin, with a garden and barbecue facilities. Perfect for larger families. With a king bed and four single beds split amongst three bedrooms, splitting up the kids becomes easy. Great value. Close to the beach and a cluster of restaurants. Clean and full of all the things you'd expect of a house this size. Just a short drive from central Dunedin. We only stayed a night so weren't able to make much use of all it offers, but this would be a awesome option for longer stays and one we'll certainly make use of.
