The home is beautiful and the area is great. We walked to the forest and loved the farm next door. On Saturday we went to the farm next door and loved the atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond to make our experience great. We would love to stay here again.

Klaas and Renée and extremely nice people and it's clear that they love what they do. Everything is thought of and we were frequently surprised with details we wouldn't have considered. The room was great, with a beautiful terrace, kitchen installation as well as washing and drying machines. Breakfast is extra, but optional. We highly recommend it. Location is not exactly central, but you can walk downtown. If you don't feel like it, the bus ride isn't long.

"Cozy Cottage" is a newly built, private and quiet cottage, next to “Huis Rijnsweerd". It has its own terrace and garden, looking out over the river Kromme Rijn and the landscape beyond. This is an amazing place to spend your time in Utrecht. It is close to public transportation, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with. I could enjoy the late summer evenings on the patio or out and about, even was offered to explore the canals by kayak. Highly recommended place.
