Staff were courteous. No deniel for anything we asked related to the room service. Early check in and late check out were accepted. Location is prime and access to metro, mrt are easy. Indian food available all around. Overall 5/5

Friendly welcome and luggage storage facilities. The room was clean and had a nice view of the street below. The bathroom is large and the shower was nice and hot! I found the bed to be comfortable for a good solid nights rest. I will definitely be back.

The staff were very helpful. They printed out my boarding pass for me.
