Offering an outdoor pool and views of the city, Fiesta Americana Monterrey Pabellón M. Is situated in Monterrey, 800 metres from MARCO Museum, across the street from the Santa Catarina River. Everything was according to our expectations. Was my second stay , for sure will make the same selection if possible in the future.

Plaza de Oro is a beautiful hotel in Monterrey City Centre that features a large indoor swimming pool, free continental breakfast and an on-site fitness centre. Hotel is very well located close to main downtown and medical facilities. Hotel is not big but its very clean, well kept and staff is very kind and professional. They seem to be happy there. All inside the rooms is recent including the TV and AC. In general is beautiful Its a jewel within downtown Monterrey.

The staff was super nice, they were able to give me my room sooner than the check in time. They also can store your luggage for you. The cleaning staff was so kind, every time before breakfast she was asking me if I needed something or if everything was ok (I didn't require cleaning any of the days). The access to the elevator is through a key card so outside people cannot go up and you only have access to your floor and the breakfast floor. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, when I booked it said no breakfast but arriving there you do have it, it's for all guests. The AC was fantastic, the room with a big window and a big table for working. The size of the room was just enough for me, not too small. The room was extremely clean when I arrived, the bathroom as well. I didn't find it very noisy, although you can hear other guests sometimes, people were generally quiet. The breakfast was very simple (not a complaint here since I didn't even have it included in my reservation, so it was indeed a good surprise, just informing). There were fruits (banana and apple), a yogurt and sweet bread. There was also nice, milk and coffee, and I gotta say the coffee was fantastic! Wifi worked well almost all the time. At the end of the afternoon when everyone is using it it can get a bit spotty, but all the rest of the day it is incredibly fast.

The room was very clean, it has a lot of space, the AC is silent, the shower has hot and cold water, and the room in general is very silent, you can´t hear anything from the other rooms. And also de bed is very comfortable
