The location was near exit 4 of the dongdaemun history station, and there was a lift at that exit, making it easy to carry my luggage to the lodging. There is also a 7-11 near the lodging. I had minimal contact with the staff members but each encounter was very pleasant. The room, though not the biggest, was very well thought out. It did not feel cramped in the room at all and there were plenty of storage space. The dressing table space was one of my favourite. The bed was sufficiently big and comfortable. There was a single window in the room that could be opened and there was also a net that could be pulled down to prevent bugs from entering. The room had an air conditioner that doubled up as a heater. The toilet was really clean and bright. It was additionally satisfying that the floors dried up fast. The toiletries provided smelt really pleasant too. The common facilities were all very clean. The kitchen was spacious, the laundry room had plenty of machines available (though it was fully occupied at night), the gym was well equipped. Overall had a really pleasant stay

Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists.

The hotel was splendid, the room very comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. We had several meals at the hotel and they were exceptional. There was easy access to the city and other locations provided by the hotel shuttle service.
