The subway exit is right in front of the hotel haha.. so convenient! The AC system is so sufficient. It was freezing during the days we visited Seoul. It was like minus 16°C but we didn't feel a bit of coldness inside the room, warm and cozy. Very nice. The carpet is also super clean.

The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul
