Set in Incheon, 400 metres from Songdo Convensia, Gyeongwonjae Ambassador Incheon Associated with Accor offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Room was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on our terrace in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My friend and I arrived relatively late from Seoul and my friend was hungry. He asked the clerk if there’s any restaurant at the hotel but there’s not. Then, he asked him for help to order a burger. My friend and I don’t speak Korean and we don’t know how to order and we were super tired. The clerk, Woo Chan Park went out of his way, suggested a restaurant, helped my friend choose and ordered the food. That was very helpful and very kind of him. The thing that was more fascinating was that he used his own phone to call and order. This was very generous and very rare.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to recover from the jet lag caused by flying from North America to Asia, and it met my expectations.

They upgraded our booked room to a fancy 'Club Class' room on the top floor with a better view! Very nice!

Been a while since I stayed here, but the staff and owner Mr. Kim were very welcoming and accommodated all my needs. Look forward to coming back again next time.
