My friend and I arrived relatively late from Seoul and my friend was hungry. He asked the clerk if there’s any restaurant at the hotel but there’s not. Then, he asked him for help to order a burger. My friend and I don’t speak Korean and we don’t know how to order and we were super tired. The clerk, Woo Chan Park went out of his way, suggested a restaurant, helped my friend choose and ordered the food. That was very helpful and very kind of him. The thing that was more fascinating was that he used his own phone to call and order. This was very generous and very rare.

Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo is located just outside Exit 2 of Central Park Subway Station (Incheon Line 1) and offers 200 contemporary rooms and suites with Songdo city views. The location was really good with a lot of nice cafes nearby and an easy access to metro just outside of the hotel.

They upgraded our booked room to a fancy 'Club Class' room on the top floor with a better view! Very nice!
