The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

View from the room was amazing! Lovely view right across the bay and of Cosmoworld and Rinku Park. Room was massive in comparison to other hotels we've visited and breakfast had really good options. HOTEL UNIZO Yokohamaeki-West está muy bien situado en el barrio de Nishi Ward, Yokohama, a 7,8 km de Estadio Nissan, a 10 km de Sankeien y a 14 km de Higashiyamata Park. This is an excellent hotel within walking distance from JR Yokohama station (south-west exit). The rooms are quite small, but the beds are good and the bathrooms are standard size. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby, and a refrigerator and water cooker available in each room. No need to pay extra for Japanese-style breakfast in the bottom-floor diner if the only thing you need is coffee/tea and some bread, butter and cheese. Ask for rooms on the same floor if you travel in a small group, as you will only have access to your own floor, the entrance and the lobby (floor 2). We stayed nine nights in two adjacent rooms and would use this hotel if visiting Yokohama again!

Primera vez que me senti en un hotel 5 estrellas, la ferris wheel a un costado de la ventana, la amplia tina para dos personas y la amplitud de la habitación. El personal muy atento, nos ayudó a enviar las maletas y recuperar un objeto olvidado. Ubicación inmejorable, con vista nocturna al parque de diversiones a pasos de la estación. Amé todoooo mil gracias.
