The staff went above and beyond to help us with phone calls to arrange for transfer of a lost item from earlier in our travels. Super friendly reception staff. Location within easy walking distance to interesting neighbourhoods such as Americamura and Dotonburi, as well as Osaka loop line subway station. Grocery store also within 1 block.

The hotel wasn't far from a tourist spot and in a place that felt comfortable to walk to the hotel alone. Beside the hotel building is a medium-sized convenience store with everything you need. the room size was perfect for open 32-inch Luggage in the room!

It was very near to Nishi Nagahori train station (3 minute walk) and next to Hankyo Oasis shop which was full of foodstuff with fair price. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good and included in our room price.

We loved this hotel so much that we extended another day twice. Original plan was to stay 2 nights, and we made it our base for exploring for 4 nights. We stayed in a double-bed room, and in a room with 2 twin beds, and we liked the layout of the twin beds better. We got back late a couple of nights and did not feel like going out to eat. There is a really nice grocery store next door that is open late. The hotel rooms we stayed in did not have a microwave, but there is one available on the first floor. We stayed in Osaka while visiting Nara and Kyoto which are both short train rides away.

Dibuka pada Februari 2017, Hotel Cordia Osaka berada hanya 1 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Higobashi. Tempat penginapan ini juga hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Yodoyabashi. The location is awesome. It’s literally next to the metro. The bed is so comfortable I had great sleep on it. The hotel also provides free bottled water which is not the case in other hotels.
