Hotel bertaraf 4 bintang yang elegan ini mempunyai teres di aras bumbung yang menghadap ke Basilika Santa Maria Novella. Property is central and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing … opening the window, it was like our own serenade … if you didn’t want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)

Cozy small room, perfect for us as a couple. Had all the required amneties Excellent staff at breakfast, very accomodating. Special note for a staff whose left hand is tattooed (forgot to ask his name) him and his colleague got us eggs of our preference till our stay. Breakfast is not to be missed, it has been so far the best we have had in Italy. The front desk staff are welcoming warm and upto date with all that you need to know. Special mention of Mr Vicenzo, Mr Tommaso and Mr Samuele Luggage storage option too is safe here Close to the station and 5 nins walking to Duomo Parking is just next to the hotel
