The room met our expectations as much as possible. The staff working there is fantastic and super friendly. We left our bags on checkout and picked them up at the end of day without any problem.

Very good location, very close to the histociral center of Florence and with beautifull and so italian inner courtyard and balcony. The staff is perfect italian. They create the exceptional atmosphere. Even cat-theHoste was right on time and on place. So kind and persistant in order to get some food🙂
