The room is so comfortable for us to spend time as a couple and we are so lazy to eat outside that we actually had to order in from the grand kitchen😆

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodations in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

Staff were so pleasant that interactions were memorable. Room was fantastic. Breakfast quality and facilities were great. All in all the hotel is amazing value for money.
