The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. I got the best room ever! It was spacious, the AC was cold, the hot water was running smoothly, & the garden was BEAUTIFUL. The staff were very kind, polite, and dedicated event though they were so busy! The staff asked us for deposit money but they returned it fully. I was worried because I read similar reviews here and in GMaps about this additional payment. Turned out alright.
