The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. The Jayakarta Suites Bandung, Hotel & Spa is located on top of a hill with panoramic views of the city of Bandung and the surrounding mountains. This 4-star is just a 30-minute drive from the airport.... The staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel was clean airey and well maintained. I would recommend it to my friends and family

It was spacious, the AC was cold, the hot water was running smoothly, & the garden was BEAUTIFUL. The staff were very kind, polite, and dedicated event though they were so busy! I always stay at House Sangkuriang hotel whenever I travel to Bandung, & booking Siliwangi Room was the best decision ❤️
