This hostel is owned and run by a young family. The hostel is named after their son Lucca (I guess - or it is a big coincidence 😉). I arrived late and had to leave 4am the next day catch a shuttle to Copan. Normally there are Ubers to bring you from the hostel to the shuttle pick up, but no Uber wanted the trip, so in the end Marko, the owner, drove me. At 4am!!! and he was even chatty and smiling. Top guy and top service.

Very Special Place Apto is located in the Zona 7 district of Guatemala, 27 km from Hobbitenango, 33 km from Santa Catalina Arch and 48 km from Pacaya Volcano. Needed an extra night in Guatemala City. The host is quick to respond and has been super helpful! I was so impressed with my first stay I quickly booked with Robert again when I found out I was staying an additional night in the city. Great place! Highly recommend!

Incredibly large space with a private parking garage in a quiet neighborhood near Korean town. Two large clean rooms in the second floor with three comfortable beds. Four of us fit fine. Good Korean restaurants in walking distance. The owner is very kind thoughtful people. This was the second time we stayed here and we love it here. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lindo Apartamento en Parque Mateo is a recently renovated apartment in Guatemala, where guests can make the most of its fitness centre and garden. I will give 20/10 for this place. Location was perfect and all amenities were present. Apartment was so spacious, had washer, dryer, TV, Games, Netflix etc., Can easily accommodate 6 people. Had a beautiful kitchen with all utensils. The best part was the Price! Host answered all my questions swiftly.
