The staff is extremely kind and helpful. My stay here was wonderful. The area around the hotel is full of beautiful restaurants, shops and alleys. You can enjoy strolls around the hotel. Furthermore, the financial district is very close by. If you are traveling for work it is ideal. The rooftop pool and bar are beautiful and the service on point. Id love to go back!

Located in the Zona 10 district in Guatemala, Holiday Inn offers its guests free WiFi access and an outdoor pool. The property also has a fitness centre. Good facilities, fresh and clean rooms, quite nice pool area but the pool could have been warmer. Good food from the restaurant.

This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

Hotel Santander Plaza is located 2 km from the La Aurora Zoo and 10 minutes’ drive from the Modern-Art Museum. It features free Wi-Fi, a small gym and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast perfect. Chef & waiter both very attentive. Reception very easy, friendly. Receptionist, Armando Echeverria, and porter, Cruz Mejia, both very helpful.,
