She was attentive to my needs, promptly addressed any queries or concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit.

Grand Hyatt Athens, opened in August 2018, boasts a brand new spa, atrium pool & bar and a rooftop with stunning views over the Acropolis. I have never been to a better hotel. What really made our day, was the smile of everyone working here. They are amazing, and so kind. Never seen anything like it!
