The hotel is nice and beautiful! It is an unusual project and a great design idea! It is cool. Everything is done very well, with love. They have a super idea with books and music records. The restaurant was good, with tasty food, but it wasn't quiet on the weekend.

The staff was so helpful, quick and easy to communicate with. The hotel has such a great atmosphere— and the room! So spacious, clean and just absolutely comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Tbilisi. Thank you!

I am a genius 3 level traveler on booking .com and I never have experienced such a high standard of hospitality from a hotel owner before. On top of that the hotel/apartment rooms are super beautiful and very comfortable to stay at. I had the chance to have a tour through the hotel and see them all. Most rooms have beautiful balconies or terraces with a stunning view over the city and on the other side over the television tower. Everything you need is available and if there’s anything else you need, you just contact Dimo and he will run for you to make sure you get what you need! Do also not hesitate to ask for tips and directions where to go to in Tbilisi or around Georgia. This man loves his country in such a passionate way, he will inspire you to go to places you’ve never seen before. It was so nice to chat with him and he gave me the best tips ever! Sani Hotel opened in 2015 and renovated in 2023 is located in Tbilisi city center in Vera District, 0.6 km from Rustaveli Metro Station and 1.4 km from Rustaveli Theatre. Very nice small hotel very comfortable very quiet. large room. It can be 4 star sure. Happy surprice for us the woman in reception (Margarita) speak our languange (Greek). 10-15 minutes walk from Rustaveli station. Have a swimming pool too. Very recomented!. Thanks to Margarita!
