Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, lots of bathroom supplies; big balcony, aircondition worked well; very quiet area at night, helpful staff, close to bazar/market and railway station hence lots of options for shopping. Was perfect for us!

I liked everything: the best staff, they gave me wine for free , the room was very nice and very warm, there is everything you need in the room and bathroom as well, this hotel is very cosy and beautiful. It is near from metro , mcdonalds, georgian restaurant and big supermarket . There is bazaar , where you can buy georgian churchkhela , fruits , vegatables, cheese, there is station square nearby. I definietly will stay there in the future.

First of all,we made the booking very late ... Literally showed up 30 mins after booking it and the staff were so polite and helpful with a swift check in. The next day we were served breakfast and given a choice to have it in our room which we accepted. But the best part was the care taken by the staff when we were waiting for our taxi upon check out.... Without asking, first they ensured we had the right address, then one lady came out and said if you don't understand the driver she will come and speak on our behalf, then when the taxi didn't show up ( there were road works in the area and it was a bit tricky that day) , another member of their team just took us to our destination a few miles away in his own car and refused any money for this assistance. Truly genuine people with a centrally located hotel just by a bus station. Close to supermarkets shops restaurants etc. The room was spotlessly clean ... I never walk barefoot anywhere but felt comfortable to do so here.... It truly was a great experience in Okriba ...best service and care shown in Georgia ....

The staff was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park. The price was incredibly reasonable.

The location was excellent and very near to most of the city center attractions. It has easy access to the metro and even a nearby McDonald’s for those quick bites. Breakfast was served hot and even made eggs to order. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and addressed any requests promptly The rooms were of good size. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. Will definitely visit again

Kind japanese owner will provide almost all things that You need. like shampoo, liquid soap, shave foam. These are all free and even washing machine is free! And Hostel was so clean and quite and comfortable. If you choice this hostel, you won't regret never.
