Was perfect for us!

We had great discussion with the owner and his daughter, both very friendly ! The private balcony is very nice and quiet. It is enjoyable to have your coffee or tea (provided in the room) there. The room is very clean and confortable. And the location is perfect (especialy if you want to try Bassiani famous club !)

Literally showed up 30 mins after booking it and the staff were so polite and helpful with a swift check in. The next day we were served breakfast and given a choice to have it in our room which we accepted. But the best part was the care taken by the staff when we were waiting for our taxi upon check out.... Without asking, first they ensured we had the right address, then one lady came out and said if you don't understand the driver she will come and speak on our behalf, then when the taxi didn't show up ( there were road works in the area and it was a bit tricky that day) , another member of their team just took us to our destination a few miles away in his own car and refused any money for this assistance. Truly genuine people with a centrally located hotel just by a bus station. Close to supermarkets shops restaurants etc. The room was spotlessly clean ... I never walk barefoot anywhere but felt comfortable to do so here.... It truly was a great experience in Okriba ...best service and care shown in Georgia ....

It has easy access to the metro and even a nearby McDonald’s for those quick bites. Breakfast was served hot and even made eggs to order. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and addressed any requests promptly The rooms were of good size. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. Will definitely visit again
