Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi

Located 1.4 miles from Freedom Square, Graphica Tbilisi Hotel offers 3-star accommodations in Tbilisi and features a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. We decided to change plans when we arrived and we needed two extra nights. They arranged it right away, giving us a better room at the same rate for those nights. They received us with a welcome drink (Georgian White Wine), providing all the information we requested. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and we love it. The location is perfect. Also the breakfast was very good. Just good things to say about them.

The metro station is across the road which is very convenient.the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable .The breakfast was nice to start your day .If you would like a view you should book the rooms with town view .The reception was working 24 h and the staff was helpful .

I had the pleasure of being the first American to visit this wonderful new hotel. The owner, Aliya, and her husband were wonderful hosts. Everyone who I encountered was helpful and courtesy. The hotel itself is only one month old. The room, bed, and amenities were top-notch. Beyond that it's location is a 20 minute walk to the city center.

The manager and the staff are great people. The rooms are cleaned up very nicely by Tanya and her colleague. Aram and Igor are good at the front desk and they are also very informative and helpful. Mila is very informative and caring, throughout the whole stay she made sure that her guests had a unforgettable stay and gave us advice on multiple places to visit and she has great communication skills and a little bit of jokes.
