A very modern hotel, conveniently located near a metro station, Big Ben and some other cool attractions. You can see in the hotel an effort to stay relevant, modern and moving forward. I stayed at another hotel as well in this stay, a more expensive one, and I wished I had just stayed at Park Plaza. Keep up the good work. Great breakfast, we went at different times and there's was always room and food available. The room had good amenities, like actual soap and shampoo, and the gym and pool were adequate for some quick exercise.

Perfect location just across Waterloo station and excellent walking distance from many city attractions. Big nice pub in the ground floor with great service and staff. The room was good and had a nicely refurbished bathroom with good quality toiletries.

Located on the south side of the River Thames, 2133 feet from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. My stay was amazing!! It was New Year’s eve so to be able to step out of the hotel door and be right in the middle of the fireworks and celebrations was an unforgettable experience. Everything from our check-in to the bed and pillows being the most comfortable hotel bed and bedding and automated mood lighting ever gets full marks-100%. Breakfast and room service was absolutely brilliant another 100%. Great location and River Thames views. Wished we stayed longer, but see you soon again.
