Wonderful amenities, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi let you end your day in the most relaxed state ever. Staff is so lovely and helpful, feels like one big family who cares about each other and the guests on a personal level. The classic British breakfast with tons of choice and variation was the best possible way to start the day. I have nothing, absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I wish I was back already.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. Beautiful decorated and it was very clean. The beds sleep very well. The bedrooms are surprisingly very quiet. And Anne here hospitality is kind and thoughtful.

The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

The books, toys, kid potty seat, and indoor swing were all huge hits with our kids (4 and 2) and made our stay all the more pleasant.
