Starting from the greeting of our host, the wonderful housing and also the really cute hotel room! If we ever come back to Edinburgh we will definetly stay in the Albyn Townhouse!

The guest house is in a beautifully renovated old house. The rooms are comfortable and serene. The property is very well maintained. Walking distance from city centered and bus routes stop right in front. Breakfast is excellent, prepared for you. We really appreciate the effort made to be sustainable.

The added value is the position: the area is really calm and nice but perfectly connected to the city center (bus stop immediately downstairs).
