I was in Birmingham for the first time as had a business event at the ICC. Having stayed at Novotels before and having seen the location for this one in relation to the venue I booked it. Very pleased, friendly staff, breakfast was an amazing selection, room tidy and clean will definitely book again!

Lovely apartment! We stayed for the weekend for an event at the Utilia Arena. It was a very short walk along the canal and we were there! A small walk the other way (10/15 mins) and we were in the middle of the shopping centre! Fab location but also quiet at the same time. Inicio Stays were very helpful, friendly and replied to any enquires very quickly. The apartment itself is very well presented, lovely little balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook as you pleased. I would definitely return if I was looking to go to Birmingham again!

A really good apartment in a convenient location with good parking facilities. I didn't cater whilst in the apartment, but everything was there if I wanted to. Those things that other hosts forget, such as a dishcloth and washing liquid, were good touches. Winston was a great host he was really proactive and always helpful.
