Clean, comfortable, good sized single room with a great chair and desk. 3. Smart bathroom. 4. Good security. 5. Quick, friendly and helpful service in restaurant. 6. Excellent selection re: tea/coffee making facility in the room. 7. Customer care shown by hotel manager. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits.

The rooftop area was fantastic, the weather was so nice and we were able to sit there all evening on arrival and the next morning for breakfast. the location was great for grabbing a coffee, pastries, Starbucks and tesco right outside so very handy... location was great as we had booked the Ivy which was a 2 minute walk and also the train station was only 2 mins. Highly recommend and would go back.
