The staff at the reception was extremely friendly. He took the time to show me nice tourist spots and his favorite restaurants on the city map. All the staff there spoke both French and English. The room was super clean and quiet at night. The breakfast here was offered in a buffet style and had plenty of dishes.

I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

La reception lavora 24h il personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è posizionato accanto alla stazione e a 2 minuti dalla tramvia che porta direttamente in centro città. Le camere sono molto insonorizzate e b l climatizzate, avevamo la camera vista città al 8vo piano, vista stupenda. Camera arredata molto minimal solo in letto e un tavolino. Ma con stile. La pulizia ripeto impeccabile. La colazione è dalle 5 alle 10 di mattina perché molti hanno il treno la mattina presto. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli mezza giornata dopo il check out in una stanza con chiave e tiket, gratuitamente.

Staff very friendly and helpful, big room and comfortable bed. Two bottles of drinking water in the fridge. All you need is what this hotel have. Breakfast is amazing. Now I need to stop because otherwise the hotel will be sold out for my next stay.

Lovely clean accommodation nice and close to the train station. Very easy access to public transport to get to old town and attractions. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station of Bordeaux. From here one can take direct shuttles or public buses to the airport, making the departure very relaxed. One can also reach the centre with a 20min walk or 10min by public transport, which is also at your doorstep. The reception is 24h which helps a lot with travel planning. The rooms and the facilities were spotless and very confortable. The bathrooms looked recently renovated and were very clean and pretty. Would recommend for sure.
