I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Hotel Regina is located in Bordeaux opposite to St Jean Train Station, as well as Tram C, taxi and airport shuttle stops. It offers a terrace, a common room with a TV, a shared computer and... Ήταν πολύ άνετο το κρεβάτι , άλλαζαν καθημερινά πετσέτες και έφτιαχναν το δωμάτιο. Είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό,, οπότε βολεύει πάρα πολύ αν συνεχίζεις το ταξίδι σου με τραίνο. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό.

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station. Lovely clean accommodation nice and close to the train station. Very easy access to public transport to get to old town and attractions. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station of Bordeaux. From here one can take direct shuttles or public buses to the airport, making the departure very relaxed. One can also reach the centre with a 20min walk or 10min by public transport, which is also at your doorstep. The reception is 24h which helps a lot with travel planning. The rooms and the facilities were spotless and very confortable. The bathrooms looked recently renovated and were very clean and pretty. Would recommend for sure.
