The accommodation was very well equipped. Very clean. The facilities look brand new. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice air conditioning. Windows have blinds that allow sleeping in complete darkness. Quiet at night.

Very cood transport links to all the main attractions in the city! Good komunikation with the host, and we received one hour letter check out as a compliment. Thank you for that!

Je v okrožju L'Olivereta (Valencia), le 1,9 km od znamenitosti živalski vrt Bioparc Valencia, in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje,... A very clean and cosy apartment with everything you need. We stayed there for 10 nights as a family and were very happy about all the things that were provided by the hosts like boardgames and toys, lots of clean towels, a very well equipped kitchen with cereals, tea, snacks (for the kids) and the welcome fruit bowl and refreshments in the fridge. Being in a quiet area but still close to the centre (only 2 stops by tram which arrived every few minutes) was another big plus and made sightseeing very easy and enjoyable. We would definitely come back if we visit Valencia again.

The apartment is spacious, cosy, perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. Juan and Javier are exceptional hosts, we've never felt that welcome in a rented apartment! We totally recommend this apartment.
