It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station/touristy area, or you could just take a tram.

For the price, I was pleasently surprised. The room was small but cosy, the hotel easy to get to, the staff friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was varied with savory and sweet options – cereal, rolls, cheese, eggs, jams, cake, yogurt – everything the heart desires. The free Wifi worked well.
