The apartment was absolutely fantastic: ultra modern, clean and fully equipped and finished to a very high standard. Christiana was brilliant; she gave good instructions on the way to the apartment and met us on arrival to show us everything. The apartment is located at the top of quite a steep hill so be aware, however, there is a regular (and cheap) bus service close by. An easy walk to everything Koblenz has to offer, including the Lido, the Fortress and the Deutsch Eck. The views from the balcony is to die for!

My partner and I spent a week hiking around the surrounding areas, having a kitchen with a fridge and freezer really gave us a lot more much needed flexibility when it came to food!

Paul is a great host, very friendly and always available for any recommendations or to answer questions. The room has a lot of space and the balcony is a huge plus, especially in the summer. I think the building is well located, furthermore there is a big parking lot (free) right across the street, in front of the building. The bus stop is right next to the building. The free minibar is a nice attention and you have access to a big smart TV if you want to watch anything. Even though it is "only" a private room (a big and comfortable one though) in an apartment, considering how expensive hotel rooms can be, you won't find any better price-quality ratio. I strongly recommend it !

The whole apartment was at our disposal. Each room had it's own bathroom and there was a separate kitchen and living room. There was room to sit outside both in front of the house as on the backside. There were good screens to keep the rooms cool. The area was very quiet and not too far away from the city centre.
