Ovaj hotel s 4 zvjezdice dio je ekskluzivnog zdravstvenog kompleksa u četvrti Uhlenhorst u Hamburgu i udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od jezera Alster. The location is very nice. Close to the lake and nature but also close to the center by bus. The bus comes quite frequently, and buying tickets and day passes with the HVV phone app was very easy. The room was nice and in good condition. I missed though some extra power plugs close to the bed so that I can charge my devices. I had to unplug the light to charge my phone. The pools were very nice. I was impressed to see that the outdoor pool was with warm water (as warm as the indoor pool). So I could swim outdoors even if the outside temperature was only 10 degrees celsius. I am not sure if they warm up the outdoors pool every day. The breakfast was fine. It included all the usual things you can expect from a hotel breakfast. I could make my own sandwiches with many different ingredients and I enjoyed the croissants and the pancakes. The stuff was very helpfull and everybody I talked to was speaking English very well. Also many of the people I've met on the street/restaurants/shops were pretty good at English to the point that I didn't even ask them if they if they speak English any more. I would just start speaking in English and they would reply in English.

The apartment is big and clean with a nice small kitchennet and everything that you might need for a short stay. The concierge was superfriendly. The place is less than 5 mins from the U3. There were two adults and two kids, and there was enough place for everyone. Kids slept on the bed and said that it was like sleeping on the cloud.We slept on the sofa, and it was also very comfy. There is a crocery store right around the corner.
