This 4-star-superior hotel next to Hamburg's Hagenbeck Zoo and Aquarium offers soundproofed rooms with exotic décor, a modern spa with panoramic views, and discounted access to the zoo. My entire experience from check-in to checking out was wonderful. Had dinner at the in house Restaurant and the food was brilliant. The bar has got a nice cozy feel, and it makes you want to stick around. The room was really spacious, unique deco more on the lines of an African Safari/tribal feel. The staff are very polite and helpful.

The room was fantastic and very clean. The location was a little far out but was still good for us. Staff were fantastic and super friendly.

The breakfast is good. In the lobby they have vending machines with hot and cold bevarages, snacks and other. I liked that. What I loved the most was that the hotel was booked almost entirely by people who came for the Metallica concerts at Volkparkstadion (just like ourselves). It was a very good metal weekend🤘 Thanks for having us.
