This 4-star hotel is located in Hamburg's popular St. Georg/Hohenfelde district, just 200 metres from the Alster Lake. It offers free WiFi throughout the property. First and foremost, the staff were exceptionally friendly. They sorted us out with an early check in which was so helpful and kind as we were working that morning. Not an exaggeration, the nicest group of people working in a hotel we've ever interacted with. I reckon the hotel team has worked hard on creating a nice team atmosphere. We had some very nice conversations with the staff, who were helpful and professional too. So hats off to everyone working there - a very lovely bunch. The hotel itself was extremely clean (spotless in fact), really trendy with a lovely bar and breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty and varied too - with eggs made on the spot by a chef. We had a drink in the bar one evening and it was very chill and pleasant. As mentioned, we were working remotely part of the time and I spent one afternoon in the bar downstairs and the set up was perfect - comfy seats, wifi was good, free coffee and even a plug for my charger at the table. The room itself was also extremely clean, stylish, comfy and very calm. There were 2 seats, a desk and a small table, so both of us were able to work comfortably and wifi was also good in the room too. The bed was comfy and the shower was exceptional, with great pressure from the shower head. The location was top notch, the area around the hotel was lovely, beautiful streets and very close to the Alster river, so lovely views. Also very close to some trendy restaurants and bars (we had amazing handmade dumplings close by) as well as a short walk from the train station, so we got to the airport in around 30-40 minutes. Accessibility was very good. All things considered, it's a fantastic hotel, amazing staff, spotlessly clean, trendy, perfect location, comfy and cosy. But also the little things that go the extra mile - like the friendly staff, free sparkling water on tap at the reception, our early check in, free coffee.

Good location, very(!!!) friendly staff at reception and on the breakfast! We had a spacious room before time of check in :) For that, special thanks!!! Delicious breakfast with a varied menu. Fully clean, towels provided and all good. Also very close to the subway, so great connections to move around the city.

The flat is quite new with a nice and artistic layout. Very comfortable to fit three of us. Plenty of room. It's just beside the S3 train line. Convenient to get to both the airport and the central station. People can enjoy cooking cause everything you need is there. I enjoyed the mornings sitting in the kitchen with the window open, drinking tea, and reading in the fresh breeze. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Oliver offered me to sit in the garden while waiting for the room to be ready because we came early from a hiking trip. During the stay, he frequently asked if we needed help. The cleaning lady brought us shampoo and shower gel due to the shops were closed on Sundays. Everything is clean.
