It was absolutely perfect, the hotel interior is stunning, the staff were kind and gnerous. They greeted us with warm drinks, valeted the car, and made sure we were well taken care of the entrire. It was a truly VIP first class experience. Breakfast and dinner were Michelin worthy.

This 4-star hotel is an 18th-century building located 1640 feet from the River Elbe, opposite Dresden’s historic Old Town district. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. We were one block from Augustus Christmas holiday market. It had the best breakfast on our trip of three cities. When you start off your day, we a glass of Proseco, what more can you ask for?

Elegant rooms and a breakfast area with conservatory and terrace are featured at this centrally located hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Dresden-Neustadt Train Station and the historic Old Town. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding a local tour bus near the hotel and a pharmacy. I used their laundry services which also saved me time. The rooms were impeccable and they served a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. If you are planning to go to Moritzburg via public transport, it is very near to the Neustadt Train station.
