We got more than expected. The location is excellent. The apartment is huge, clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is varied and different every day. We enjoyed the beautiful atrium where there are breakfast tables with the chirping of spring birds. Daily maids clean the room and hygiene is at a high level. The reception staff is very friendly, they are always smiling, they always greet you and immediately respond to your every request. In case we come to Prague again, we will go to the same accommodation without hesitation.

Die Mostecká 12 Residence befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude in der Prager Kleinseite, am linken Ufer des Flusses und nur wenige Schritte von der Karlsbrücke entfernt. Everything was as described, we stayed in the apt. #2, on the first floor. Even though the apt faces a very busy street leading to Karlo’s bridge, it wasn’t nearly as noisy as someone would expect for a location like that. Property managers were very quick at responding to any of our questions and requests and made our stay easy and smooth!

People at the hotel are super nice, very informative, funny, helpfull and friendly. We havn't had this nice personel anywhere. The location is excellent, right at the foot of Charles Bridge. Everything you would want to see is in walking distance. The room was nice and clean. The first night we went to the restaurant and the people there are also very nice and the food was excellent. The breakfast is the best we ever had in a hotel, everything is fresh and tasty. You can even make your own waffles.

Perfect location, just a few steps from Charles Bridge, yet on a very calm courtyard. Extremely kind and attentive staff. Very clean, modern. Everything was perfect, but even better due to our hostess Alice. She warmly welcomed us for our check-in and really made our stay special.

Nice little hotel just few meters from Charles bridge. Location is superb. Rooms - at least deluxe - are nicely decorated.. Breakfast was good. Please be noted that there is no lift in the building.
