It was more than just a room. It was a vast apartment with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The refrigeration and the availability of coffee/tea were a bonus. Breakfast was ok and the staff were helpful and kind.

The staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety considering the intimate size of the hotel. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I visit Brno for business several times per year for years. this is my new favorite hotel.

The room I stayed in was large and beautifully done. The location in the heart of the old town couldn't be better. The contactless check-in was smooth and easy. I didn't cook, but the kitchenette included a Nespresso machine and a water boiler with tea and coffee provided, which was a nice extra The best thing about this property was the staff communication. They answered questions and messages immediately, both before and during my stay, and went out of their way to accomodate my special request without hesitation.
