This former monastery dating from the 17th Century offers rooms with balconies overlooking the hotel’s gardens or the Caribbean. amazing experience, from check in to check out. breakfast, service, attention, location… the suite we booked was breathtaking, a mix of a 1600 hundreds room with high roof with modern touches and amazing decoration. great restaurants around, would highly recommend CANDÉ AND CARMEN, what an amazing gastronomic experience. amazing!!

From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Hotel Don Pedro De Heredia is situated in the historical city centre of Cartagena. It has an outdoor pool, and offers air-conditioned rooms with marble floors and flat-screen TVs. Very well located, close to everything you might need. Staff was very lovely and helpful.

Great feeling of safety and 24/24H front desk! I was welcomed with a nice cocktail. I stayed in a spacious double room with a on a great bubbly street in the Historical Centre of the city (select wisely). Very clean, nice hot running water, powerful air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, WONDERFUL staff, impeccable cleaning service, a functional elevator, a restaurant and bar on the 5th floor with a rooftop and even a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There’s also a bar on the ground floor and the entry hall looks GREAT. The staff is really the highlight sans the best part of this hotel. So friendly and helpful. You feel VERY safe in the hotel. The hotel is IN the city centre of the historical part of the city and close to many museums and the start of many touristic tours. It’s close to a port where you can take boats to beaches like Playa Blanca and Pao Pao beach. It’s also very easy to access other parts of the city from the hotel thanks to the amount of taxis you encounter. The stay comes with a breakfast buffet from 7-10. They’re always welcoming you with a warm drink and a glass of juice. You have the option for eggs (I don’t eat eggs), you can always get a plate of fruit and the special pastries change throughout the week. My absolute favourite was the carrot cake. Tasted like heaven.

A new amazing place in Cartagena, with a fantastic English speaking staff who were extremely helpful and friendly, the included breakfast in the onsite cafe was also great. The wifi was one of the fastest in Colombia and the shower was just amazing.
