The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

Cozy Boutique Hotel provides free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Zhangjiajie. Excellent location iclose to park entrance and away from main streets with crowds. The family run hotel is based on their tea traditions and deleciouse mountain organic tea. The ladies are super friendly however with limited English competences. Though app enabled us to communicate. They kindly invited us to have tea and backed sweet potato with them. With some additional maintenance and service skills this family bussines has the potential.
