Pan Pacific Suzhou is located next to Panmen Park Scenery Area, just 3 km from the famous Guanqian Street. The property features free parking spaces and boasts two swimming pools. Wonderful hotel in an excellent position. The personnel was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was extremely good and varied. The free access to the Pan Gate area is a great plus

This is the third time in 10 years that’s I am going to this place and it hasn’t changed at all! The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is the best in Suzhou. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. It is always so nice to be here!

Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay! We did not have a Chinese bank account so couldn't use local taxi apps, which we didn't realize at first. Staff Xiaoyu Liu helped us call taxis multiple times, from and to the hotel. Very patient and extremely helpful. Without her we could've been stuck out there on our first night out because we simply didn't know that we couldn't get a taxi ourselves. Great location, clean rooms. Will definitely stay again if in the city.

Very comfortable location in the city center, at the intersection of two subway lines - you can reach easily Tongli ancient town. Breakfast is very good, definitely worth paying extra.
