The hotel is very near to the major shopping malls and eateries. Subway is just a minute away while the Hua Qiang Bei Electronics Stores are less than 10mins walk from the hotel. The customer service is beyond our expectations especially Cindy Chang the customer service manager. Cindy extended her service to help us collect and deliver the cleaned clothes to our room when we are unable to wait at the self service dryer for the cycle to complete. Her team of service members were diligent and patient right from the start to the end of our stay.

Ideally located in the commercial centre of Futian District, the Futian Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen stands at 40 stories, making it one of the city’s landmarks. I have stayed here before and it is an excellent hotel in every way. The standard and size and decor of the room. A really excellent multiple choice brekfast buffet.

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre is located around 14 minutes' walk away. Staff are friendly. Special thank for staff, Jayce Bao. He is very extremely nice, and made our stay perfect.
