Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Shenzhen’s Central Business District. It boasts 354 units and 3 dining options. The staff was polite and very professional. Especially cleaning ladys took very good care of us, Thank you we really appreciate it!

The customer service is beyond our expectations especially Cindy Chang the customer service manager. Cindy extended her service to help us collect and deliver the cleaned clothes to our room when we are unable to wait at the self service dryer for the cycle to complete. Her team of service members were diligent and patient right from the start to the end of our stay.

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre is located around 14 minutes' walk away. Staff are friendly. Special thank for staff, Jayce Bao. He is very extremely nice, and made our stay perfect.
