Modern interiors, amenities and fixtures. Huge, beautiful rooms. The mall across it is well connected to the rest of Shanghai metro and is near to a hip neighborhood. Wonderful, proactive staff. Very well thought-out guest experience which elevated our stay. They have a pillow menu <3. Aside from the air-conditioning, it's very quiet in the rooms. Frankly, this exceeded our expectations which will be hard to match in my future stays.

The beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is so fresh, diverse, and amazing. I wish we could stay more than 2 nights. It was clean, with great facilities and a very chill vibe. I recommend this hotel, and hopefully, I will come back someday.
