Zhanqiao, Qingdao – hotele

Housed in an elegant white building, Kaiyue Hotel Qingdao used to be a historical Christian church. The food was the best in all my stady in China, they offer international dishes very tasty. All the staff speak english very well and they are helpful. The room was clean and confortable

Jinjiang Inn Select Qingdao Henan Road Railway Station offers accommodation in Qingdao. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. This good hotel accepts foreigners, for a fair price, which is becoming very rare in China... staff is nice, location is excellent, 10 minutes by walking to the train station and the sea, only 5 minutes to the German church, and plenty of good and cheap restaurants nearby...

Situated on Zhongshan Old Street and featuring a Minguo style, MG Hotel is 400 metres from Zhanqiao Pier and 600 metres from Qingdao Railway Station. It is 300 metres from airport bus stop. Go here - dont waste money on the high rise hotels. Room was very quiet and double glazed. Restaurant was excellent. Lady at reception very helpful

This was my first visit to Qingdao and upon my arrival to the hotel, the staff was very warm, friendly and accommodating. Although there was a bit of a language barrier at first, we did manage to communicate well enough to finalize my reservation. The room was very lovely and had a serene calmness to it. The facilities in general were a historian's dream as I literally felt like I was living in a museum (even just for a few days). The decor, wall photos / hangings and other relics walked you through a timeline of the former consulate giving you a sense of what it must've been like in the past. While several amenities have been upgraded, it still managed to preserve the "old" style. The breakfast was nice and the fresh seasonal fruits were absolutely delicious and sweet! I enjoyed every morsel. I really enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to several restaurants and scenic spots. You could easily enjoy a walking tour in the area and visit the many neighboring European-styled villas and walk over to the beach on the other side. The boardwalk was a nice stretch along the bathing beaches and a great backdrop for amazing photography. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Qingdao for a few days along the beach in a quiet, yet bustling tourist area.

Set beside Huiquan Bay and facing the China Yellow Sea, Dynasty Hotel features elegant guestrooms with beautiful city or sea views and free Wi-Fi. The location was the best, because it's right on the beach.

Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel offers relaxing beachside living with free wired internet in all rooms. The famous Zhan Bridge, a tourist spot, is a 5-minute walk away and on-site parking is free. Great location with a view of Zhanqiao Pier. Very comfortable and clean.

Wheat Youth Hostel is located in Qingdao’s city centre, an 8-minute walk from Qingdao Railway Station. It offers simple accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Everything was like expected. Simple, but clean and cozy. The yard especially has a nice vibe. And the host are so nice!
